About this Barbados tour.
A full, easy day by the sea at Carlisle Bay, the sheltered bay beside Bridgetown that is known for its sea turtles and shallow shipwrecks.
The snorkelling experience is included, and so is the time to do nothing afterwards. It is a beach day with something memorable in the middle of it.
What you’ll see and do.
Carlisle Bay
A sheltered bay on the edge of Bridgetown with calm, clear water and a long white-sand beach. It is one of the easiest places on the island to get into the sea.
Turtle encounter
Sea turtles feed in the bay and are seen here regularly. Sightings are never guaranteed with wild animals, but Carlisle Bay is one of the best places in Barbados to look for them.
Historic shipwreck snorkel
Several shipwrecks lie in shallow water inside the Carlisle Bay marine park, close enough to the surface to explore with a mask and snorkel.
Free beach time
After the water, the rest of the day is yours: a beach chair, the sand and no schedule until your return pickup.
Stops and timings can vary on the day with weather, traffic and cruise schedules. Your guide will keep you informed.
Good to know.
We collect you from your hotel, villa or the Bridgetown cruise port and bring you back afterwards. If you are arriving by ship, tell us your ship name and all-aboard time when you book and we will plan the return around it.
Prices are in Barbados dollars per adult. Transaction fees are payable by the client. Every booking is confirmed personally by email.
